e-Collittera is a database application that carries out manuscript collection and evaluation transactions through the Internet for making the editorial processes of the Journals more functional and fast. All phases required in a range reaching from the drawing up phase to sending it to the journal as well as editor and Referee evaluations are realized by the e-Collittera. e-Collittera has been designed taking into consideration how to reduce the editor and secretariat's workload to a minimum by eliminating mail delays, losses and paper works which may happen during manuscript sending, evaluation, revisions and acceptance.
